Programs Service2CEO

The Service2CEO initiative is a 12-month individualized career, entrepreneurship and financial literacy training program for transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses housed in a shared office environment and state of the art training center in San Diego. Program participants will receive financial review/counseling, concept review/feasibility support, business plan development, strategic planning, resource support as well as participate in a service-to-civilian mentorship program with community business leaders.

To ensure the greatest opportunity for success, the Service2CEO initiative will also provide on-going training for critical tools such as legal, accounting, human resources, and business skills training. By providing these career success tools, and the means to market and sell their products and service on Rosie’s List to both the American consumer and other businesses, we ensure the financial success and stability of those who serve.

Service2CEO is one of the few programs targeting military spouses for entrepreneurial training and resources, 92% of which are women.
